Lovely room in huge house right on Clapham Common

Hi there,

We are looking for a new flatmate in our huge house, right on the doorstep of Clapham Common.

You will be sharing with three other twenty-something professional girls and we are looking for somebody who is clean and tidy and a friendly addition to the wonderful house. The girls work normal office hours, so are normally around in the evenings/weekends.

The house is four storeys, with a huge kitchen, living room, two large bathrooms (with baths and showers) & garden. We even have a second living room which we currently use for storing bits and bobs and drying washing. But we also have a large cellar if you want to bring anything larger with you.

The room is a good size, looks over the garden and has the world's most comfortable bed included. There is also a drying cupboard in the room.

We currently agree to contribute a set amount to bills each month (£60), and I'm sure the girls would be keen for any new tenant to contribute in the same way.

The house is equidistance from Clapham common tube, Clapham south tube & Clapham junction train station. The house is therefore close to Clapham high street, the shops & bars of Clapham junction and right next to Lavender hill. The road we live on is a lovely safe & quiet road- mostly with families living nearby.

I am looking to do viewings between 29th July onwards, and the new tenant must be able to move in no later than the 12th August.

Agency fees are £240
