Fun, friendly house share close to Clapham Common

We have a good sized double room available in a fun friendly house share just a 5-10 minute walk from Clapham Common. Close to all amenities including tube, bars, shops & restaurants.

The house is modern & all newly fitted. Communal living area and kitchen, plus a patio garden. The room itself is a good sized double and fully furnished.

The other four rooms are currently filled with 4 other young professionals. 3 girls and a guy all aged between 22 & 24. We are looking for a like minded new housemate (preferably another boy to keep things even but this isn't set in stone).

Our ideal house mate would be similar age. Clean tidy and easy to get along with. We are quiet and like to chill together on week nights but enjoy the odd night out and drinks at the weekend.
