Sw4 Double Room + En-Suite - Short Let

Large, furnished bright, clean and airy double room with en-suite available for short term let. I'm moving out temporarily so the room is available until mid December.

5 minutes walk to Clapham Common park if that. Great transport links, buses right outside. Cafe's, supermarkets on the corner. Off road parking available.

The room is very quiet as it's away from the street overlooking the courtyard. It has a large mirrored wardrobe and storage draws under the bed. Kitchen fully equipped. TV in lounge, broadband, etc. The flat is on the second floor set back from the road. Fairly modern. Large lounge with TV, broadband etc. Kitchen with everything you'd need. Washing machine, ironing board etc all in flat. Large hallway. Two bathrooms - your room is a large double has it's own private en-suite.

It's actually a four bedroom apartment but only two of us currently live there. The other two rooms are used as storage by the landlady (lives out). My flatmate is fab, works in TV and is very relaxed, gets on with everyone.

Ideally looking for another female but not essential. Anyone laid back and friendly will suit.
