A superbly located one bedroom cosy, warm flat that is fully furnished and equipped, bed linen, towels etc. situated on the ground floor of a Victorian terrace building that is a stones throw from the amenities of Clapham Old Town including a Virgin Active gym and a whole host of shops. Excellent transport links to Clapham Junction station, Vauxhall station and Clapham Common tube station (10 minutes walk). The flat opens into a hallway leading to an open plan reception room and kitchen/dining area. To the rear of the flat there is a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom (incl. bath and shower). Broadband (Sky) and landline comes included. All calls to UK landlines are free, likewise all overseas calls (to most countries are free for one hour). In view of Christmas I am happy to let on a weekly basis (min two weeks at £450pw ALL INCLUSIVE). Can sleep 3 comfortably. £450 refundable deposit required with £450pw fully in advance (minimum two weeks rental). References are essential.
