We are looking for a housemate to join our fun and social house in Clapham. We like to spend time together as a house and can often be found having a Sunday roast, BBQ, at the local pub quiz or the occasional big night out/house party.

The bedroom is double aspect, with two bay windows , It is a generous size with fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage and a comfortable king size bed. The room shares a newly refurbished bathroom with one other room.

The location is just off Abbeville Road with shops, bars restaurants and supermarket nearby.
Clapham Common is only a short walk away, which is handy for a summers evening. Clapham Common tube is a short walk as well as multiple bus routes.
