Double Room - Wandsworth Road

Hello,

We have a lovely spacious double room to let on the Wandsworth Road in a house living with 3 other females. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

The other flatmates are 25-28 female professionals (2 Irish and 1 english) open to either female or males to look at the room.

We are right beside wandsworth road overground, a 10 minute walk to clapham common and 15 mins to clapham junction. 77 and 87 bus routes are right outside our door.

Need someone who is able to move in immediately (move date 14th feb) - 1 month rent as deposit is required

Bills come to c. £90 a month and include Sky TV / broadband / water / tax etc
