I am very sad that I am leaving this amazing huge four bed property which is located a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common station. The house really is massive for a four bed with two lounges, a spacious kitchen which leads out to a large sunny garden, 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms are split over three levels.

The current house mates (are just fantastic hence why I am so sad I am leaving them!) are three females in their late 20's who are all working professionals. They love socialising, cooking, discovering new bars/restaurants in the area, hanging out on the common, chilling in the house, watching movies and going to the gym.

We are looking for a female who has common interests and the room is available in June.

Regarding money matters, the rent is £785 excluding bills which are less than £100. The deposit is the usual 6 weeks rent and agency fees also apply.
