Cozy double room in Clapham/Battersea

Unfortunately, one of our flatmates is leaving end of March so we're looking for a new person to share our flat with!

The location is great, 10-15 min walk from Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Road and Queenstown Road Station, and plenty of buses 24/7. Plus, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are just around the corner (literally 2 minutes away).

The room is a cozy double for single use, fully furnished with a bed, some storage and a built-in wardrobe.

The flat has a shower+wc bathroom, a toilet and another separate shower. We have an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room.

Bills are not included and are roughly around £100 per month. This includes council tax, internet, gas, electricity, water and a weekly cleaner.

About the flatmates
We are a mix of friendly working professional who have been living together for a while, we occasionally hang out together and we respect each other’s space. We see our home as the place to wind down and chill and not as a party house.

About you
We are looking for someone friendly to join our flat on a similar age and that is respectful to the house.
We expect everyone to clean after themselves and keep the common areas tidy.
