Cozy double room in Clapham/Battersea

One of our flatmates is moving with her partner, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home. The room will be available from mid-May.

The location is great, 10-15 min walk from Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Road and Queenstown Road Station, and plenty of buses 24/7. Plus, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are just around the corner (literally 2 minutes away).

The room is a double for single use, fully furnished with a bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe (just a heads-up: the shelf and two coat racks in the photos aren’t included).

The flat has a shower+wc bathroom, a toilet and another separate shower.

We have an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room.

About the flatmates
We are a mix of friendly working professional who have been living together for a while, we occasionally hang out together and we respect each other’s space. We see our home as the place to wind down and chill and not as a party house.

About you
We are looking for someone friendly to join our flat on a similar age and that is respectful to the house.
We expect everyone to clean after themselves and keep the common areas tidy.

Rent is £615 per month and bills come to around £90-£100 per month.
