2 bedroom flat in Abbeville Village, Clapham

2 bedroom, Victorian style flat situated within Abbeville Village in Clapham South; the common is at one end of the street which is great if you enjoy going for a run. Clapham South tube station is extremely close as are local supermarkets, dry cleaners and restaurants / bars / cafes.

The common areas of the flat are south facing and hence they are quite bright with the bedrooms towards the rear and away from the road. The flat is relatively modern as the flat conversion was undertaken in circa 2010. The main rooms have dimmers and separate mood lighting, high speed internet, security & fire alarms, in-built wireless ceiling speakers in the lounge and importantly, a wine fridge.

Flat is normally quite tidy with a cleaner who comes once per week but I would stress that the flat is a normal home not a hotel.

A bit about me, I have lived in London for the past 13 years. I work in financial services with my working hours varying from a normal working week to what feels like 24/7 at times. I like gym / fitness, I play in the local tag rugby leagues which seems to end up in a local pub (ironic for the interest in fitness I know) and I very much like to travel when I can.

I am generally quite busy and so looking for someone who has their own life but who is also social and happy to have a chat at the end of the day or grab or Sunday roast.
