We have a lovely double room available in a stunning Victorian house nestled in a quiet residential road.

We are looking for a lovely housemate to join our happy household. The current housemates are all working professionals who are sociable, friendly and respectful.

Perfectly located near the restaurants, bars, and cafes in the heart of Clapham with Clapham Common a 2 minute walk away and a 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction.

Beautifully furnished double room on the 2nd floor with comfortable bed, a desk and plenty of storage space.

Comfortable separate TV room for when you want to watch TV with your housemates. And the pretty garden is perfect for barbecues and dining al fresco.

There is a weekly cleaner who cleans the whole house, including bedrooms.

All bills, council tax, weekly cleaner, high speed internet and TV are included.
