2 Double Rooms w/bathrooms in Large 2 Bedroom Flat

Hi,

We have a 2 double rooms in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat in Stockwell/Clapham. Room 1 is available 16th Oct, room 2 is 22nd Oct (can be slightly flexible).

The flat is pretty large for London, it has large lounge, 8 person dining table and large kitchen with new oven and dishwasher. There is also a small outdoor area. We are located 6 minutes walk from Stockwell and 10-12 mins from Clapham North.

The price of the flat changes in January - so rent will be going up to £1,140 per room as of 1st January. Bills are not included in the rent but come to approx £100 per couple per month.

It's a private landlord so no fees involved.

We can rent it as a whole or separately - if you get in first we're happy to have you choose the people for the other room!
