Double room in friendly house in Clapham South

Hi,

I'm in the process of filling my room in this lovely flat. I've been in this flat for 2.5years so we are looking for someone is going to mix well with the flat.
It is a decent sized room, double bed, 2 sets of drawers and a wardrobe.
The flat has 5 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, big lounge and a great back yard with an extra big BBQ!
The current flatmates are all professionals and are really laid back. Most have been living here for over 3 years. There is a mix Irish, Kiwi and English in the house so everyone gets on very well.
We someone who is friendly, up for a pint, cleans up after them selves and pretty much knows how to live in shared accommodation. We do tend to mix a fair bit, whether it is having a chat in the lounge or out for a few drinks. Would rather not have someone who wants to hide in their room.
The price includes all bills, broadband, sky and a cleaner every week for the common areas.
