We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join our lovely flat as sadly our current 3rd is moving back to Australia.
You would be living with 1 Australian guy and 1 English girl. We are pretty chilled out during the week and enjoy a drink at the weekend.
The flat is just 5/8 mins walk from Stockwell station - Victoria and Northern lines. We are also within easy walking distance to Clapham Common which has great bars & restaurants and of course the common which is great in the summer months. There is a pure gym & small Tesco just 2/3mins away.
The room has a double bed and a built in wardrobe, the rest of the flat is clean, modern and well furnished and has a separate living room and kitchen.
