We have a one furnished double rooms available in our 3 bedroom house available from 8 February.

Room 1: £750PCM
Deposit: ~£1040
Bills: ~£120 PCM - includes a fortnight cleaner

You will be living with two Australians (30 & 27). We both work full time and are looking for similar minded people to replace our current housemates.

The house is in very good condition and are looking for room mates that will respect the house. We generally keep it low key during the week and get out and about on the weekend. It is definitely not a party house.

The house is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk from the Abbeville Pub, Coffee Shops, Sainsbury's and a Co-op. The house is around a 5-10 minute walk to Clapham South and Clapham Common.

The room has cupboard space as well as a double bed. There is also a lot of storage space outside of the rooms which we share. The house is fully furnished including the kitchen.

The bills include a cleaner on a fortnighlty basis, broadband internet, water, electricity, gas and council tax.
