Located in (gorgeous!) house on Abbeville Road, Clapham – 2 mins walk from brunch/lunch spots, bakers etc., 7 mins walk from Clapham South tube and 5 mins walk from the Common (perfect for post work run/stroll/picnics in the summer!) - this large furnished double bedroom is available from 25th January 2018.

The house is epic (pics don’t do it justice!) - integrated TV in the bathroom, Alexa controlled lighting and under floor heating throughout, surround sound etc. Furnishings all to v. high standard (although we can’t take credit for any of this, it’s all the landlords doing!) Also have an awesome patio/balcony terrace complete with furniture and a bbq for the summer!

We’re looking for a third flatmate to join us in this gorgeous house! We both work fairly long hours but love to chill out after work (eat/gym/watch box sets - Suits, Homeland etc.) together. At weekends we’re normally out brunching/boozing, trying new restaurants! but it’s not a huge party house. We considered this our home vs student digs so we keep the place nice and tidy.
