Big double room to rent in Clapham!

I'm moving in with my boyfriend, and so I'll be saying goodbye to this lovely flat and living with my 3 great housemates!

Your room and the area:
Biggest in the house (hey hey)! The room comes with the bed, a huge chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

The flat is just off Wandsworth Road, which has loads of great restaurants to visit, as well as a gym and a huge Sainsbury's to boot. Clapham High Street is a 10 minute walk away (hello Infernos...) and close links to both the Overground (Wandsworth Road) and the tube (Stockwell, for Northern and Victoria lines). Means you're in the perfect place for getting to Central, as well as to work.

We're looking for a girl to keep the balance in the flat. You'll be sharing with 1 Northerner (Sam) and 2 Irish lads: Mike and Padraig.

Sam: works in the City, the best girl in the house ;) Happiest with a glass of wine and a chick flick (which the boys are also often forced to sit through).

Mike: Architect and the fitness fanatic of the house (relative to the other two). Runs occasionally, and drinks beer. The race to the pub is on!

Padraig (AKA "P"): Also an architect, quite the comedian of the house. If you can convince P to go for a run, you'll be doing better than me and Sam!

Practical Stuff:
- We all pay the same rent
- Bills (inc. Council tax, broadband, water, gas and electric come to ~£65 pcm)
- Living room with 42" TV
- One bathroom with bath and shower
