FACILITIES: The kitchenette is small, but fine for someone happy with LIGHT COOKING It has a sink, induction-hob, microwave with convection oven function and a small, fridge-freezer The house kitchen can also be used for occasional, more ambitious meals. A washing machine is available

LOCATION The house is in a quiet, tree-lined road. yet close to the tube (Northern Line) busses, shops, restaurant and wine bars.. The Victoria Line and Clapham Junction are also nearby - thus there is EXCELLENT ACCESS to Central London, The City, universities or trains out of London, Clapham Common is a stone's throw away and gyms and a leisure centre. are nearby.

The home owners live in but are easy going, respect privacy and are likely to be away quite often. Sorry, parking is difficult.
