We have a stunning bright double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom maisonette flat which is split over 3 floors.

The room is on the first floor with built-in wardrobes, a king size bed, lots of natural light. This room has a separate shared bathroom and the rent is £1000 per month inclusive of bills, No couples allowed I’m afraid.

The entire property has been re-furbished to a high spec throughout. It includes a total of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a stunning open plan kitchen/living room with
new sofas and a 55” TV.

Central heating system, a new washer / dryer machine, dish-washer, double glazed windows throughout, wooden floors in the living-room and carpets in the bedrooms including the hallways. It's bright, fresh, airy but also feels very cosy and homely.

The property Is located on a lovely, quiet residential street in the heart of Clapham Old Town which faces Battersea Power Station. A few minutes walk to Clapham Common, where you can access a variety of bars, restaurants, local shops, Gyms and supermarkets also within walking distance to Battersea power station for more shops and cinema.

We are an easy going bunch, looking for a professional, fun, neat and considerate housemates to join us. The current housemates are both males aged 38 and 45 years old, working professionals in various industries (hospitality & renewable energy)

There are no contract fees or additional costs/ charges apart from the security deposit of 4 weeks equivalent to £1000 which is returnable at the end of the tenancy.

Bills are included in the price, namely council tax, water, gas, electricity, netflix and virgin broadband. Although It does not include a cleaner, so we all contribute around £25 per person, per month depending on frequency of visits.

The flat It is very well located, with different transport links such as the Overground train, northern line tube and nearby busy routes.

-Wandsworth Over Ground station is a 2 min walk away.

-Northern Line
Clapham Common & Clapham North 5 to 7 min walk, nine elms station just 12 min walk away

-Buses are just 1 minute from the flat: mainly the 87, 77 to Vauxhall or Clapham Junction, which takes approximately 8 minutes to reach.

Or there’s bus no 452 towards Kensal rise.


We have a secure bicycle allocation in-front of the property and off the main road & out of sight. Alternatively you can apply for a key for a bicycle shed supplied by the council.

Parking for a car or scooter is available on the road, you’d need to apply for a parking permit through Lambeth council.
