We're excited to offer two bright and spacious double bedrooms in our awesome 4-bedroom maisonette, spread over three floors. Located right in the heart of Clapham Old Town, it's the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and convenience.
**About the Rooms:**
The first room is on the first floor, featuring built-in wardrobes, a king-size bed, and tons of natural light! You’ll also have a shared bathroom, available immediately, all for just £975 per month, including bills (no couples).
The second room is bigger and on the top floor with built-in wardrobes, lots of storage space, super comfy king size bed, lots of natural light thanks to the velux windows. The room has separate private bathroom, with a shower / bath. The room also has a Tv and all the furniture such as beds can be removed if necessary. The rent is £1200 per month inclusive of all bills. No couples allowed I’m afraid

Our newly refurbished maisonette is modern and fresh, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 sleek bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen and living room is where we come together – think new sofas, a 55” TV for Netflix binges, and a fully equipped kitchen (hello, dishwasher!). It’s light, airy, and full of good vibes, but also has that cosy, homely feel.

- Clapham Common & Clapham North (Northern Line): 5-7 minute walk
- Nine Elms (Northern Line): 12-minute walk
