Our housemate Kate is moving out as she is moving in with her boyfriend.
The available room is a double room with a built-in wardrobe, with plenty of space for a desk to WFH, on its own floor with a separate bathroom.
Flat location...
A 10 minute walk to Clapham Common station and 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, so ideal for commuting to the city. 35 and 37 bus route stops are <100m from the flat too. Other routes are close-by on Cedars Road.
About the flat...
A 4 bed flat with a front garden, overlooking Clapham Common. The property has a large shared living room and a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine).
About the flatmates...
John spends most of his weekends going to gigs, hiking or down the pub with friends with some cooking thrown in too. He works in consulting, typically in the office 3-4 days a week with the odd bit of travel thrown in. Alessandra works as a operations manager for a robotics/insulation company, in the office 1-2 days a week. Enjoys going to yoga, playing tennis, cooking, going out for coffee and socialising with friends. Franky works as a manager in medical communications and is typically in the office once a week. She enjoys playing netball and tennis, going to gigs, brunching with friends and trips to the cinema. A big foodie and keen traveller, she’s always on the lookout for new restaurants and places to explore.
We really treat the flat as our home, keeping it clean and tidy and are super respectful of each other's space, so we're looking for a like-minded housemate to join us.

Additional costs/bits...
- Move in date 1st August.
- Bills are an additional £150 each paid monthly and cover council tax, gas, electricity, internet and other household expenses
- Deposit £980
- You must be in full-time employment in order to pass agency checks with monthly net income 2.5x monthly rent
