The house comes with a big kitchen and living room, and 2 bathrooms. Everyone's social and really nice.
It's very near to the Bellevue pub (which is great for drinks and food!) and then you've got clapham high street to explore which has a big sainsbury's, restaurants, bars, pharmacy's, banks etc all the classics.
It's also a stones throw away from clapham common, great for running around and chilling on during the summer time.
Bills range from £80-100 per month.
This includes council tax, Wifi, gas n elec. and a fortnightly cleaner who does a brill job.
