Sad to be leaving this place as it’s great! Big double room up for a grabs in a great location 5 minutes walk away from Clapham Common tube. The house is furnished with a separate living room and kitchen with dishwasher and tumble dryer. The room is a big double with a closet outside the room for storage.

The price is £765 excluding bills per month but bills normally come to around £100 per month varying up or down. We have a really good relationship with the landlord and there are no agency fees. The deposit is £1100 which is put into a protection scheme. The tenancy will start from 20th July.
