The flat is less than 2 minutes' walk from Clapham Common tube station, Clapham High Street and The Pavement. Within 5 minutes' walk there is a Waitrose, Iceland, Sainsbury's Local, Sainsbury's Superstore and countless pubs, bars, gyms and restaurants.
In addition to the spacious kitchen and living room, the flat also benefits from a balcony which overlooks the Common, secure garage and communal garden.

Current Flatmates:

Whilst we are both typically very busy during the week, whenever possible we will hang out over the weekend and travelled to Germany together earlier in the year to watch Borussia Dortmund play football. Our shared interests include: sport, travelling, film and socialising with friends.
