Single room in terraced house in Abbeville Village

This is a recently decorated double room (for one person) on the top floor of a quiet Victorian terraced house overlooking the rear gardens. The room has a double bed, ample cupboard space, a writing desk with drawers, TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. You will have your own large bathroom, adjacent down a small flight of stairs, with bath and shower. Use of kitchen. Our cleaner will clean your room every two weeks. We are a retired couple, our children having left home. The room will be available for you from Sunday evening through to Friday.

The house is one minutes walk to The Abbeville Village. There are two Local supermarkets (Co-Op and Sainsburys), Shops, Restaurants, Cafes, Dry cleaners, Hairdressers. Clapham South and Clapham Common Tube stations, (Northern Line) are ten minutes walk. Buses (88,137, 37,35,155,417, 345) are five minutes walk.
