Seeking a friendly, social and professional single or couple to take over ONE of our rooms. We only have one room free, but we are giving you the opportunity to choose - if you’re a couple and want the smaller room for less money, you can take that.

Located only a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station. This is the ideal location. Access to everything you need on the Clapham High Street: bus stops, large Sainsbury’s, bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes and retail shops. Clapham North Overground is only a 10-15min walk away and Clapham Junction is also only a short 15min bus away. Clapham has a lovely community feel, with the park on your doorstep, it is a hub for relaxing activities in the sunshine during the summer months.

Our flat is social while also respecting each others’ space and privacy. We like to have game nights in with a drink, watch Netflix and chill, or get into some friendly competition with the xbox! There is a separate living and dining area as well as a spacious kitchen with everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The rooms have lots of space and ample storage - take your pick!

The current tenants are also wanting to sell their linen pictured in Couples Room (duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet x2, pillows x2, cushions x3 and a small throw blanket) as well as two Sheridan bath sheets to the new tenant, so if you are new to London and need these items, this could be perfect for you!
