THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You will be sharing the flat with three other young female professionals aged between 25 and 28. As all current tenants are female, we are preferably looking for another female tenant to join the household. 😊

Your room is a spacious, fully furnished double, featuring a comfy double bed, lots of storage for all your things, and a handy desk and chair. 👌

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home. Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.

We are not an agency. As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees. 💯

We are looking for a tidy, sociable person and for someone who will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their home.
