THE ROOM 🛏️
Relax in this fully furnished, cosy double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a comfortable double bed. It's a quiet and peaceful space, perfect for relaxing after a long day. 🤌

THE FLATMATES 🏠
You will be sharing with three other young female professionals aged 26-27. We prefer a female tenant, as all the current tenants are female.

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.
