This cosy, fully furnished double room offers a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a comfortable double bed. It's your ideal quiet space to relax and recharge. 🤌

THE FLATMATES 🏠
You'll be sharing this home with three other young female professionals:

- Annabelle (27): Enjoys tennis, jogging, watching reality TV, grabbing a drink at the pub, and dancing on a night out.
- Camille (28): Loves hitting the gym, baking, shopping, and going to the cinema.
- Jess (24): An active outdoor enthusiast who also loves reading, travel, music festivals, and chilling.

As all our current tenants are female, they prefer to share the house with another female who has a similar profile. We believe it's essential for everyone to get along, so you'll have the opportunity to meet your prospective flatmates before making a final decision. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.

THE TEAM 👩‍💼👨‍💼
We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.
