We’re on the hunt for a brilliant new flatmate to join us in our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment situated conveniently on Clapham Common Southside! Occupying the 2nd floor of Brook House, the apartment comprises three double bedrooms, one with en-suite, a further family bathroom and a large living room with adjoining kitchen and balcony.

The room currently available is a small bright and airy double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe – ideal for those who enjoy their own space from time to time. It comes fully furnished with a comfy bed, radiator, bedside table, floating shelf, and wardrobe. The bedroom window also has a rare luxury of overlooking the green open space of Clapham Common. You’ll also have the convenience of sharing the large family bathroom (shower and bath) with only one other flatmate – perfect for arranging a schedule in the morning before work.

As well as being situated conveniently over the road from the common, the apartment is also just a stone’s throw away from Clapham High Street, the Old Town and Clapham South – all with a vast array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Transport is also just moments away with the Northern Line only a short 4-minute walk.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with 1 English guy, 32, working in advertising and 1 Canadian girl, 26, working in Brand Management (who will be moving in to the apartment in November!). We're looking for someone fun, clean, respectful and any other buzzword you can think of for flatshares.... essentially someone who's got a life of their own, but equally happy to hang out together in the living room or down the pub!
