Many bus routes, including night buses at the end of the road.
Despite having it all on your door step, the house is in a residential and quiet area of Clapham.

The house is over 3 floors, with front and rear gardens.
On the ground floor a wide entrance hall, kitchen with conservatory and table and chairs, double lounge the full length of the property.
On the first floor 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The small room used as a laundry room and extra storage if needed.
On the second floor is my bedroom with its own ensuite.
Sharing with one person only so a lot of space and not into each other feet.
I am a very down to earth, friendly, up for a laugh and positive guy. Lived in Clapham for ages and in the house for 14 years. I enjoy music, walking, exercising, yoga more than the gym, dogs, gardening, socialising, theatre and love travelling.
Looking for some clean and tidy, no smoker indoor; someone interested in a place to call home not just a place to sleep. I do appreciate and respect privacy and own space but I really would like to be friends as well as house mates.
