We are looking for two new housemates to move into this great 4-bed house in Clapham South!

Based just a stones throw from Abbeville Road and Clapham Common, and only a 5 minute walk to Clapham South tube station, this beautiful fully-furnished, homely terraced house holds x4 bedrooms, x2 bathrooms, a large fully-fitted kitchen with appliances, a large living room, and a courtyard back garden.

The rooms, both at the back of the house on the first floor and the top floor offer a quiet space with a double bed, lots of storage/wardrobe space, and a WFH desk.

Costs are (rent + current council tax), excluding bills. Both rooms are available from May 9.

All housemates are professionals (a 30 year old and 31 year old). A sociable house, we like to spend our spare time playing sports/gymming (keen on Hyrox!), going to gigs, house dinner parties, heading to the pub or bars. But we are all about balance and we do enjoy a quiet night in. We respect each others privacy and when we just want to be on our own!

Our ideal housemate would share those interests, and would suit well within a sociable, friendly atmosphere.

The house has traditionally always been mixed, with x2 males and x2 females, and we’re looking to keep that dynamic. Current housemates work in fintech and sports marketing.
