Hi 🙋🏻♀️,
We are looking for a female flatmate (funny would be bonus) to take a lovely double bedroom in our flat. The flat is very homely, modern and is situated ideally within a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common Tube station and a 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station. It is modern throughout with a large living room, a 2nd living room/study room for WFH (upstairs in the loft conversion), separate large dining room and a nicely sized outdoor terrace (perfect for having BBQs in the summer ☀️). The flat has ample space for everybody to be able to WFH.
Included in the price of the rent is a cleaner that attends the property once a week (only bonus I can get from my dad owning a cleaning company) and we have Sky TV and every extra package you can think of (Netflix, Hayu you name it). In addition to any rent we all contribute £100 a month into a bills account which should cover everything but is dependent on the rise in energy prices.
The bedroom 🛏(£900 a month) is the current master bedroom. It is a large double room with four large built-in wardrobes, a large storage cupboard, space for storage under the bed and a large chest of drawers. You can fit a desk in the room for wfh. Only sharing the bathroom with Georgie who is super clean and tidy!
About us 👭
Sophia (28) works in Insurance in the City 4 days a week wfh on Fridays. Hobbies include singing like Beyoncé to any song that’s playing on the speakers and finding any excuse to go out for a dinner or a bottomless brunch. Friends would say that I have the motto the more the merrier so everyone is welcome to join any plan/holidays (crucial after being in lockdown for so long!).
And Georgie (27) who has just moved to London for the 1st time so is super excited to explore! Works as a surveyor and when not on site with a hard hat on she’s either chilling at home or up for any activity that’s on offer! Loves a night out as well as a film night and will have anyone in stitches with her clumsiness. Bonus is she did a ski season so can show off her chalet girl skills when it comes to cooking.
We are uni friends that are living together for the 1st time in London so up for living the fun London life and definitely looking for someone to fit in with our friendship group and do things together as a flat in the evenings/ weekends. We like to hang out as a house and cook hellofresh dinners together. It’s Sunday tradition to have a flat Sunday roast! We also play touch rugby together with our neighbours to try and keep fit but we’re part of 2 netball teams so would be a bonus if we could do this altogether!
We are looking for not just a housemate but a new friend and someone who is down for nights out (or in!), dinner parties, flat meals etc 💃🏽. It’s very important to us that you share our collective beliefs that:
- You can never go too hard at a bottomless and if you do we’ll always have your back to put you to bed and retell all the embarrassing/ funny stories the next day.
- Online shopping addictions are acceptable and encouraged as long as you wear the same size clothes as we do 🛍
- We will binge any of the latest Netflix shows- Selling Sunset, Married at First Sight, Murder mysteries sign us up!

- Outdoor terrace which gets the sun all day, with no houses blocking the sunlight throughout the day and evening so expect sunbathing at the ready during the summer.

- Very close to bars, restaurants (this is very important) and a big Sainsburys
- We have a car which is handy for the big food shops or we love a good road trip with friends!
1 months rent deposit is required for security, but you will receive this back when you move out should there be no damages!
