Sadly after 6 amazing years living in this flat, my fat ginger Buddha cat and I are moving on.

I’ll miss this cosy little nest located bang in the middle of Clapham North and Clapham Common stations (2 mins walk). Stockwell is a 10 min walk and let’s not forget the glorious Commons Park! Which is 5-8ish mins walk away. And loads of bars, restaurants nearby to choose from along with many other amenities (including a big Sainsbury’s and Pure Gym 2 minutes away)

House is fully furnished, the room comes with bed and bedside tables. The room has built in wardrobes and lots of storage. If you are WFH, there's space to bring a desk into your room. The house is very comfortable, warm, private and quiet. Located on the corner of a terraced building we have access to a huge back yard, and garden. There is a medium size living room we use as a lounge, dining room or office Interchangeably

You’ll be sharing with one other, mid-30’s Male Radj who works mostly remotely (product/tech). He likes to cook up a storm, hit the gym, Arsenal fan and play awesome Indian tunes. In general he’s a quiet guy and we mostly keep to ourselves with the occasional D&M or shared meal thrown in. He’s looking for someone chilled out to enjoy this gem of a flat with.

Bond of £500 repayable at the end of Oct
