Room available in 3 bed house in Clapham Old Town

Hi everyone,

We have one lovely double bedroom available in our spacious 3 bedroom house with a garden in Clapham Old Town. The house is situated opposite Virgin active Gym, next to The Tim Bobbin pub approx a 10 min walk to Clapham Common Tube Station.

Bills are extra we have a cleaner that comes every other week.

The bedroom is on the first floor, has space for a desk in the room if needed.

The room shares a bathroom with the downstairs room. However, there is also a WC on the ground floor so you will primarily have the bathroom to yourself . We have lots of additional storage space around the house.

Upstairs we have a snug room and this can also double up as a spare bedroom for guests as we have a sofa bed.

The house comes fully furnished with all amenities, you will not need to buy anything. We have air fryer, outdoor furniture, bbq, etc.

Nicola and I both are in the office during the week and have a day or two WFH. We like to catch up over cooking dinner so it would be nice to have a housemate who would like to join us for an occasional yap!
Our biggest box you have to tick is being CLEAN and TIDY!! If you’re not please don’t apply.
