Bright Double Room in Clapham Common - SUBLET 2mo

I am subletting my lovely double room in our 3 bed house in Clapham Common, to move in with family for two months whilst recovering from major surgery. The sublet will be from 06 November 2021 to 06 January 2022, with a possibility to extend/take the room permanently if I cannot return after January.

The house is a 30 second walk from Clapham Common (a godsend in lockdown!), and has a separate living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, conservatory and a small garden. It's a 5-10 minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations, and there's a bus stop out the front (the house is situated in a cul-de-sac, so no traffic noise). The room itself is fairly small (I find it cosy), but has a storage cupboard for clothes, shoes, bedding etc, a large window, drawers and a bookshelf - all the furniture will remain. There's extra storage in the bathroom and plenty of cupboard space.

The current housemates are two amazing girls, a Brit and an Aussie aged 30 and 33. Kim (the Brit) is a physio and loves hiking and pubbing. Amy (Aussie) is a lawyer (working part time from home) and loves going to new restaurants, and exploring the city. They're amazing housemates, we socialise together a lot (we're currently obsessively watching Squid Game) and are looking for someone who will fit well into our lovely home.

The rent is £610 a month (plus bills which are usually around 110 a month) - no bond will be required for the sublet.

We are looking for women preferably (non cis men) and only aged 27-36 - we appreciate that you might be younger and mature, but we've decided that's the age group that would fit best.
