LITERALLY a 2 minutes walk from Clapham Common station, the numerous buses, and Clapham Common Park itself! I KNOW! How’s that for convenience?! 😜

There is also a massive Sainsburys, Iceland, and other stores a few minutes away (or less even depending on how quickly you walk🌚)! Not to mention the number of pubs and restaurants!

2. Furnishings include an ottoman double bed, with built in under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a small desk, chair and baby pink curtains; and

1. MUST LOVE DOGS! 🌚 The flat comes with little Shakey! 🐶 Although he will be spending most of his time now at my parents.
2. Someone who is clean and tidy! A MUST in fact. Works both ways of course. 😉
3. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys their own space, but also wants to occasionally hang out, cook the odd meal together, and/or pub?!🌚
4. I also travel a lot for work, so I will need someone I can trust and leave my home to regularly.
