No deposit required / 1-bed flat in clapham

Hello. We are looking for people to replace us in our flat. It’s a one bed flat fully furnished with a super king bed and everything else that’s in the photos. It’s in the second floor of a building with lifts. It’s really in a good location (just across clapham south northern line station and close to bus stops). There’s also tesco within the building and a lot of restaurants nearby. The flat itself features double glazed windows and there’s a space in between flats so you can party all night without disturbing your neighbours. It’s also warm inside even during winter so we rarely turn on the heating. We had a nice and peaceful life in this flat and we didn’t encounter any problems. The only reason we are leaving is because me and my partner are separating. The monthly rent is £1700 to be paid every 10th of the month. The water is free and you just need to pay for council tax and energy bills (no gas). The contract will end on October 2024 and we’re looking to find someone who could take over the contract. We already paid for the deposit so you don’t have to as long as you agree to take care of the flat and furnitures. We’re looking for someone who could hopefully move in before 10th of June.
