HI I am Oliver
I turned my 3 bed house into two double beds with two ensuites. I am looking to rent the spare room out. I work from home so could only really have someone who works from home max 2 days a week really.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and has a job they hopefully like and then makes the most of London at the weekends. I am not offering a party home, but social. Best to be honest. But happy for friends to come visit that are respectful.
Wixs Lane is a lovely peaceful road near Clapham Common Northside, not far from Old Town and moments to Lavender Hill/
Under 10 min walk to Clapham Common tube, pqShort bus ride to Clapham Junction Station and Battersea Power Station. There are two parking spaces to the front. My garden is a good size and there's bike storage in the new shed and a table with 6 chairs and parosol and a sofa out there.
Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, a WC and then a kitchen, with separate utility.
I haven't made it all open plan but I took the doors off so it kind of flows .
I work as a property finder and sales and run my own business.
The room has a double bed and a large wardrobe with shelves and hanging spaces and then underbed storage and drawers. There's a tv point also and a remote control ceiling fan which is really good in the summer heat.

I am fun loving and down to earth originally from Yorkshire and I only want someone to share my home that is drama free and happy with life. That's the most important thing. It matters to me that I get on with whoever is coming to live here. I run my own business as a property buying agent and selling special homes and renovation projects. I'm gay and it would be nice to get another gay guy but I don't want anyone who is too trashy or wanting to bring lots of partners back. I like the odd drink but mainly at weekends. A morning person would be my preference, I am more extrovert, than introvert, but like time on my own and often work best around similar.
The rent will include all bills.
I have put everything I have into my home and want someone who will respect it and enjoy it.
