The house is just off Clarence avenue, midway between Clapham and Brixton- about a 10 min walk from Clapham Common station and around 15 minutes from Brixton station with local shops on Abbeville road.
The house has a large shared open-plan kitchen/diner/living room with an outdoor patio and barbecue. There is also a parking spot available at the front of the house and a garage for extra storage.
The house is furnished throughout, including large TV and the rooms have plenty of storage and space for WFH set ups both in the rooms and on the main downstairs table.
Bills are not included - council tax band is £67 per month then Wi-Fi, electricity and energy we currently split equally.
