❗❗The advertised rate from (£1015) is the ROOM ONLY rate for the standard double . Bills and cleaning will amount to £160 monthly total, see below for a breakdown. Total = £1,175

➕ In addition to the room rate is £120 contribution for bills, which includes TV package and Fibre broadband PLUS all the regular utilities and council tax.

A cleaning contribution of £40 per month means you will have a weekly cleaner AND a monthly delivery of all essential household equipment (washing powder & loo rolls etc!). No more having to work out who’s turn it is to buy the dishwasher tablets!

Your spacious room is fully furnished and decorated with neutral colours throughout. There is a private garden and it’s brilliant for BBQs in the summer! 🍖🌞

It's only a 12 min walk/4 min cycle to Clapham Common South station and the green spaces of Clapham Common 🌲
Clapham itself has fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes plus supermarkets, an outdoor market on Saturdays and an independent cinema – they’re calling it the new Shoreditch! If you’re looking to get out and about, the tube and buses can take you to the West End 🎭 (Oxford Circus, Covent Garden etc.) and further afield.
