The current tenants are both working professional aged 26(f) and 27(m) Looking for someone who is sociable, tidy and around the same age.
We’re a very social house, who will often go to the pub, watch tv shows and cook together. Although we like to go out, this is not really a party house. We also prefer to keep the house clean.
The rent doesn't include bills which are an extra ~£140 ish a month.
