Hi there, I am looking for a friendly, fun, sociable, and respectful person to join me in this beautiful 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished apartment in Clapham Common.
Location: The apartment is a 5-minute walk to a large Sainsburys, and 6-minute walk to Clapham Common underground station. 1-minute walk to the 35, 37, 137 and 417 bus stop. The apartment is located at the top of Abbeville Rd and is very safe to walk to at night (well-lit main street).
About your room:
Your room is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, one chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and two bedside tables. You also have your own bathroom with lots of cupboards and bench space.
About the apartment:
The living area is furnished with a large L-shaped leather couch and a single sofa, TV mounted on the wall and two tables (a six seater and a four seater).
The kitchen has lots of bench space (enough that two to three people can be in the kitchen at once preparing food). The kitchen is furnished with all the basic appliances you would need. On top of that, I have a lot of stuff that I am willing to share such as a rice cooker, pots/pans, chopping knives, etc. The fridge (and freezer) is large and the washing machine is also located in the kitchen.
Our hallway contains two generous storage cupboards which are used to store coats and cleaning products.

I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I'm 29 and work full-time in the Financial Services industry.
My interests include running, fitness classes, catching up with friends, brunches, nice dinners, travelling, having friends over and relaxing with a good TV show. I am generally someone who is out and about but enjoy a quieter routine during the week. I enjoy having a chat in the evening with my housemates and like to join them on the couch to watch TV.
On weekdays, I split my time between the office, and WFH in my bedroom. I am respectful with noise and have an upbeat and energetic personality.

You will be required to provide a reference from your current employer and current landlord. You shouldn't have any issues passing the checks if your salary is at least 2 times your rent.

Bills are not included in the price and would include electricity, council rates (Lambeth), water and internet. We do not have a gas bill. Approx £250 each per month.
