I am looking for my replacement in my flatshare, available to move in from early January. The room has a king size bed, wardrobes and an ensuite. It also has a small balcony.

The house has a communal kitchen, lounge, a patio, a garage and a private rooftop for our use only.

The flat is located within a safe gated development, 2 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station and the large Sainsburys.

Kate and Jordan (couple) are the current tenants and work in Sales and Finance. Another new tenant will move in at the same time.

They are looking for a friendly, sociable, tidy individual to come and join us in our house. The lease will run for a year and is expected to include a 6 month break clause.

Rent will be £1,150 pcm, deposit is equals a month rent. Bills are not included and average around £150.
