Large double room in Clapham Old Town

We have a large double room available to rent in our friendly house share in Clapham Old Town.

The Area: A generous 4 bed terraced house on the quiet and residential Rozel Road. Located 5 -10 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station and 15 -20 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station. Clapham Old Town is a brilliant spot with lots of great bars and restaurants, parks nearby and a Virgin Active gym around the corner.

The Room: a bright and airy large double room on the ground floor of our shared house. Ideal setup for home working with ample room for a desk. The room includes the free standing wardrobe, bed and side tables shown including lots of built in storage. (Desk and Chair not included).

The House: A 4 bed terrace house with a shared bathroom and second shared toilet between three housemates. There is a spacious lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.

About Us: You'd be living with Mara, Pete and Millie - 3 professionals (teacher, journalist and civil servant) aged between 30-33 all working in London (we all work in the office so you'd have lots of wfh space!). [Millie is temporarily working overseas until August and her cousin Lucy is staying in her room until then]. We are a social and friendly flat who take time to hang out together but respect each others' space as well. Our previous flatmate Sam is moving out in order to buy his own place.

The room becomes available from May. Rent excluding bills is currently £850 per month but will rise to £985 from August when unfortunately our landlord is increasing the rent. We're looking for another guy to keep the gender balance of the house, age 28-36.
