Light double room 5 mins from Clapham Common

Hello!

I have a lovely, light double room to rent on a quiet street just off Abbeville Road and less then 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube. It's furnished but there's room for you to make it feel more homely.

There’s one other double bedroom, a shower room and a separate bathroom, a kitchen/living room & a sitting room that’s set up for days working from home. I also have a good size outdoor space that enjoys the evening sun.

Housemate-wise, I’m in my late thirties and would be looking for someone a similar age. I work from home 2-3 days a week and ideally my housemate would be mainly office based. I enjoy spending time in, watching highbrow documentaries like Love Island, but equally can be out meeting friends, in the gym etc. It peaks & troughs! I’m pretty relaxed though would say my house party days are few & far between now.

There’s a third housemate who has the luxury of living rent free - a little cat who is a bit timid but otherwise easy going.

NB It's street parking so permits would be needed but it's never hard to find a space.
