Sadly, my flatmate is moving out so am looking for someone to take on her room. It is a double in a 2-bed flat. The flat is approx. a 3-minute walk from Clapham Common Station and the common, and a minute from big Sainsbury’s. Postcode SW4 . The room has with lots of storage space and room for a small desk. The communal areas are a living room with big comfy sofa and dining table, good kitchen and shared bathroom with shower, all kept clean and tidy. The current tenancy runs until April 2025. Bills are approximately £160/month.

About me
I am a 28 year old woman working in publishing, WFH 4 days/Office 1 day. I like a mix of staying-in and being sociable. I enjoy doing my own thing, reading a good fantasy book, going for a climb, to art exhibitions and exploring London. I am up for doing shared activities too, such as making a shared meal or a tv/movie night too, and going out on occasion.
