Quiet and Large Double Bedrooms With Fab Views

We are a family home with a lovely bedroom for rent on a quiet but neighbour-y street. We back on to an allotment with views of London so it's quiet and green.

Clapham Old Town has fabulous bus, tube and train connections to pretty much everywhere. It's a transport hub. We bike everywhere because so much is close. So you probably don't need a car.

The bedroom has a desk, wardrobe to hang clothes, large bed, chest of drawers, and windows that open. The bathroom is literally right beside the bedroom and there is no one else on the floor so it's quite private. It has a shower, toilet and sink.

We have a friendly small scruffy terrier who just wants to be fed and cuddled, and a small alley cat who just wants to kill things and bring them inside to show them off.

My husband and I both work from the home so we're here during the day. We have kids who occasionally visit and then there is chaos, although fun chaos. One daughter still lives at home.

The other lodgers are really very nice but keep to themselves.

We will be sharing the kitchen, two large bathrooms and one downstairs loo. There is a large kitchen/living room where we all hang out. A pretty garden, also good for hanging out. In the cellar a washing machine and dryer.

We're very relaxed about an awful lot of things but place a premium on quiet. We don't care about anything like language, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, race, religion or nationality.

We are looking for someone who likes the quiet and likes to get along with everyone else.
