Cosy double room available near Clapham Common

We're looking for a tidy, relaxed gal to join our friendly house just off Clapham High Street. We're three young professionals seeking a like-minded person in their mid-twenties. Our house enjoys shared meals, dining out, and pub trips 🍻, while also valuing our individual lives. We work varied hours and would appreciate a tidy, clean 🧹 housemate who can contribute to the communal running of the house.

The room is a top-floor double with additional storage beside it in the hall. It has access to a balcony and receives a lot of natural light. The house has 2.5 bathrooms; a good communal living room and kitchen/dining room. A huge bonus is our private garden which we use regularly when socialising and soaking up the sun.

The location of the house is ideal; a five minute walk from Clapham Common Station (Northern Line) and a two minute walk to a large Sainsbury's and other local shops.
