Double Bedroom in Clapham - amazing garden

Hi everyone!

Looking to fill one double room in a 4 bed house (2 girls, 2 guys ideally in their 26-31 y. o.) located in Clapham Old Town / North as Anilu is moving with her boyfriend after living for 4 years in this amazing house.

About the house -
Move in date would be March 1st
The house is lovely and very tidy, with a big open living/dining space, big kitchen, massive shared garden, 2 bathrooms which we all share.... normally boy/girl split, conservatory, laundry area, we have a cleaner, and the landlord is wonderful!
The street is super quiet and we have lovely neighbours who share the garden area where everyone is welcome to host people. Maybe more of a next summer thing...
The bedrooms available come with beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers plus potentially more up for sale in negotiation with the current/ moving flatmate.

Thats the basics out the way, now a bit about the current flatmates -

Gordon - (33). Play a lot of sport, crossfit gym, work in financial services (with the odd day in office the odd day at home) and outside of that tend to fancy a pub visit to watch sport or the odd pub quiz.
Ricky - (29) very similar to the above.
Lizzie - (27) does triathlon and enjoys training in Battersea and Richmond park. Working as a researcher in central London, no work from home days. Loves to cook and enjoys being social and going to the pub!

Future flatmates -

We are looking for someone similar to us who likes to socialise in and out of the flat. We want to try and create a bit of atmosphere and friendship within the flat where we have our own circles but also integrate into each other's friends.
We love our flat and like to keep it tidy and organised so we hope to have flatmates who make this flat their home too.

P. s. the exact bills and deposit to be confirmed but in total it is normally around £170 bills and £1100 for deposit. Book your viewing! Our rooms always go fast! 🙂 please tell us a bit about yourself.
