The Building: New development — a few final buildings are still being finished, but the flat sits on the opposite side with **very limited impact**.

The flat: Ground-floor apartment with kitchen/diner, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Large private patio plus communal garden/outdoor space for sunny afternoons.

Who I’m looking for: A friendly, tidy professional working full-time with limited need to WFH. Happy to help with shared cleaning— I’m open to arranging a cleaner and splitting the cost. But cleaning includes the apartment not just the parts you think you use ha.

About me: I’m 52, single, office-based Monday–Friday with the odd WFH day. I love music, art, running, cinema and trying new places to eat. I enjoy a chat over wine, beer or coffee, but I’m respectful of your space.
