Large double room in the newly built Thornton Park complex just off of Clapham Common South Side. Two minute walk to the common and five minutes walk to Clapham Common tube station and all the cafes, shops, restaurants and bars in Clapham High Street.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a kitchen/ diner and living room as well as two bedrooms, one bathroom, there is also a large outdoor private patio area as well as communal garden/outdoor space. As it is a new build there is still other buildings under construction. but very limited impact as the apartment is in the opposite side of where construction is taking place.

Would suit friendly, professional, tidy flat mate working full time with limited need to work from home and is prepared to help out with the cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen etc I am also open to the idea of getting a cleaner in for an additional shared cost.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer etc and I have installed a water softener.

There is no parking but there are a few secured bike stores.

I am a single 52 year-old male working full-time in an office environment, Monday-Friday - with occasional working from home.

Among my interests are music, art, running, cinema, and eating out.
