The house is finished to a really high standard with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area with a pool table. There is also a terrace at the rear. The room comes furnished with bed, mattress, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.
Bill comes to ~ c. £150 a month.
The room is available from the 1st December. The current contract runs until March 2024 but is likely to be extended.
