Hey, our flatmate, Anastasia, is moving out with her boyfriend, and we are looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely 3-bed flat in Clapham Common ✨

* 3-bedroom cosy and quiet apartment (The available room is the most spacious and has plenty of storage space!)
* 1 bathroom + separate toilet
* Bright, cosy living room with open kitchen
* Dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave
* View and access to a garden at the back of the building 🌿

Off the main road right next to Clapham Common tube station (5mins walk)
A bit about ourselves: I'm Tom, 36 🏳️🌈, British (left in the photo), and I work in the creative industry, and Gabriel, 31, French (middle), who works in hotel real estate.
We've built a genuinely good dynamic so the flat has a great atmosphere. We're easygoing, friendly and sociable, but equally happy to do our own things.
